1. Agreement to these Terms. By purchasing or using the Autonomous Digital Product Factory — Founding Edition ("the Pack"), sold by VowMoney AI ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. The Product. The Pack is a digital implementation pack: guides, prompts, templates, a starter database, and related instructional material for setting up an AI-agent-based business workflow around Hermes Desktop. It is delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.
3. Pricing & Payment. The Founding Edition is offered at US$39 one-time, capped at the first 100 paid buyers, with a planned regular price of US$59 afterward. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves. All sales are in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. License & Permitted Use. On completing payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pack for your own implementation or business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Pack or its contents (guides, prompts, templates, or database files) with anyone who has not purchased it.

We are not affiliated with, and this Pack is not endorsed by, Nous Research or any model provider named in the material. Those tools carry their own terms, pricing, and availability, which may change independent of us.
9. Intellectual Property. All guides, prompts, templates, and other original content in the Pack remain the intellectual property of VowMoney AI. Purchasing the Pack grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying content.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Pack is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the instructions will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VowMoney AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Pack, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Pack.
12. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use of the Pack after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
